Our Vision

To enlighten the lives of children and seniors through inspired programs

The James-Gail Foundation, Inc. is named after the late James “Jimmy” Rhoden and Gail McGee. The programs created in this organization are inspired by different values they instilled in their daughter, Nicole McGee, who founded this organization.

Jimmy believed in helping those around him. Without expecting anything in return, he was always willing to lend a helping hand. It was simply the genuine heart that he often felt a sense of duty to those around him. For this, we are dedicated to making all of our programs free to the people we serve. When we are inspired to meet a need, we want to do so genuinely.

Gail was a beautiful soul. Having experienced many hardships, she always managed to smile. Every day was a day to find happiness and with a positive outlook, she managed to bring joy to those around her. In her memory, we seek to find ways that bring underrepresented groups a reason to smile.

We currently offer five different programs: To Be A Kid, Life Support, Community Dinners, The Golden Heart Express, and Santa for Seniors. Every one of them are free and each one is inspired by a problem or need that we want to shed light on or try to bring happiness or solace to those who experience them. There are many different adversities that are in the world today. Our goal is to try our best to make a difference. Even if it is a subtle change, we can enlighten the lives of many people if we do so with a pure heart.
